Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven, well-connected Traditional Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead our on-the-ground marketing and sales initiatives across the Vijayawada and Amaravati regions.

This is a pure-hustle, high-reward role. You will not be sitting behind a desk running online ads; you will be out in the market, building relationships, driving physical site visits, and closing deals. If you have a strong local network and know how to move premium open plots, luxury villas, and modern flats through traditional channels, your earning potential here is completely uncapped.

Key Responsibilities :

Local Market Penetration & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute high-impact traditional marketing campaigns, including print advertising (local newspapers/magazines), outdoor media (hoardings, banners), and local radio spots.
  • Identify high-traffic, strategic locations across Vijayawada and Amaravati for promotional kiosks, canopy setups, and physical lead-generation drives.
  • Distribute physical marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, site plans) to targeted demographics and high-net-worth local networks.

Channel Partner & Broker Networking

  • Build, train, and manage a robust network of local real estate brokers and channel partners to aggressively push our properties.
  • Host regular channel partner meets and site-visit drives to keep local agents motivated and informed about our latest residential and commercial offerings.

Direct Lead Generation & Event Management

  • Organize and manage highly effective property launch events, open houses, and investor seminars directly at the project sites.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective buyers, guiding them through physical site tours and presenting the structural and location benefits of our projects.
  • Convert offline inquiries into tangible sales through strong negotiation and relationship management.

Market Intelligence

  • Act as our eyes and ears on the ground. Monitor competitor activities, pricing changes, and new offline marketing tactics in the regional market.
  • Provide weekly reports on foot traffic, broker engagement, and physical lead conversion rates.
Research market trends to find new opportunities.
Present and negotiate property sales and proposals.
Work with marketing teams to deliver client-focused results.
Monitor sales performance and report to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hardcore, on-the-ground sales and traditional marketing experience in the regional real estate or construction sector.
  • Local Authority: Deep, existing network of channel partners, investors, and local contacts within Vijayawada, Amaravati, and surrounding areas.
  • The “Hustle” Factor: Highly self-motivated with a relentless drive to close. You must be comfortable working entirely on performance-based compensation.
  • Communication: Exceptional face-to-face communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Telugu and English.
  • Mobility: Must have your own vehicle for daily travel between project sites, broker offices, and client meetings.
